How to write an optimized HTML?
Before you deal with optimized HTML, make sure you had designed your website for human eyes. Only then deal with the HTML code. First of all, Make sure you had chosen the right keywords and most of all you had chosen the right keywords phrases. People search for keywords phrases. When they are visiting your website, they will search for these keywords phrases.
Strategy
You should promote any page separately with its specific keywords. it’s include Meta tags, titles, headers, sub -headers, text and hyperlinks. Combine your keywords in any one of the factors that was mentioned.
META tags
The meta tags have no significant influence about your ranking positioning in the search engines, but they certainly may help the users and the search engine to understand your website topic.
<meta name="description" content="About us”> The meta description should be a few sentences to a paragraph describing the page contents. The meta description tag can be seen in some search results so you want to write it for human eyes.
<meta name="keywords" content="keyword, keyword pharase”> The meta keywords tag should contain misspellings and synonyms. Each keyword phrase in the keywords tag should be comma separated. Don’t spam your keyword tag. It’s useless and your website may be banned by google.
Windows titles <Title>
Use short titles (2-8 words) which contain your keywords at the beginning of the title. Don’t use words such as "home page" or "welcome to" or “About us” it won’t help you. Don’t forget, Each page should have its own unique page title.
Headers <h1> <h2> <h3>
Search engines scan pages from top to bottom. Locate the important text (keywords) and links in the upper part of the page. The <h1> header tag should be as far towards the top left hand side of the page as possible. Usually it's best to place your primary keyword in your <h1> tags and your secondary keyword within the <h2> tags
Use text based navigation
I prefer not to use images, flash or Javascript as buttons. However, if you are using graphic instead of text, make sure to add the <Alt=’description’> attribute. Use the footer, header and navigation bar to link to your home page from every page of your site. Include your primary keyword phrases in the text links pointing at it.
Divide your pages text
Use headers (H1) sub-headers (H2) and even H3 combined with your keywords in order to make paragraphs. Direct the search engines and let them know what is important (Your keywords, of course).
Increase keywords density
Try to evenly sprinkle your main keywords throughout the copy. Don't overdo it though. If you simply repeat your keyword over and over most of the search engines will immediately see your website as search engine spam and you will penalize. Try to keep in mind that you're creating your website for the eyes of REAL people
Internal links
Link to internal pages in order to strength the structure of your website. Make sure the visitors can jump to any important page in your website by only one click. You can use the header, the footer and the navigation bar in order to do that. In addition, if your article contains an important term, such as one of your keyword, you can create a page with the title of this term and link the term to this page.
